A planned development single family residential subdivision consisting of 13 lots. Lot sizes range from 6,194 to 14,962 square feet, with an average of 8,490 square feet. The Guillon Inc. team went to great lenghts to meet with the surrounding community to address their concerns. These meetings resulted in self-imposed 20-foot setbacks around the perimiter of the site, a wall along the southern properlty line to minimize impacts to the active equestrian property, limiting construction to single story in height, and flipping the road from the northern portion of the site to the southern one.
Construction is anticipated to start in Spring of 2018.
